We use your data to:

  • Create and manage your account and authenticate you securely.
  • Synchronize study progress, readiness scores, and related learning data across your devices.

  • Local data may remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app.
  • Server-side data remains subject to the retention and deletion sections below.

5. Service Providers and Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate LTD, and only to the extent necessary for their services:

  • Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In — identity verification and login.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — push notifications.
  • Google Play — subscription billing through the Android app store.
  • RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management.
  • Cloud hosting and PostgreSQL providers — backend operation and data storage.
  • Email-delivery providers — account-related or OTP messages where applicable.

These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services for LTD.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Production network communication uses HTTPS/TLS. Access to systems that hold personal information is limited to authorised personnel and providers who need it to support LTD.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security or that a breach will never occur.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information according to the following criteria:

  • Account and progress data is retained while your account is active or as necessary to provide the service.
  • After account deletion, data is removed or anonymised when it is no longer legally or operationally required to keep it.
  • Limited records — such as transaction, security, backup, or compliance records — may be retained when required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational needs.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You have control over your data.

In the app: You may delete your account and associated study data at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

By email: If you cannot access the app, you may request account and associated-data deletion by emailing Learntodrivek53@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
